It is important that our accounting office receive all the necessary paperwork so that we may process your invoices efficiently. When submitting invoices please follow the following procedures to ensure timely payment. |

| SLCCI Payment Requistion Form - All invoices submitted must include a completed SLCCI Payment Requisition Form. | ||
| Labor Release - Required to show proof of payment of wages. | ||
| Lien Releases - Information regarding lien release forms can be obtained at the Contractor's State License Board web site (http://www.cslb.ca.gov/forms/lienreleaseforms+content.asp) or you can download sample forms by clicking the links below. | ||
