Description: |
The Mary P. Moll Building, built in 1921, sits directly in the heart of Hollywood, across the street from Grauman’s Chinese Theater. SLCCI rebuilt the entire core and shell of the building, leaving only the original façade and unreinforced masonry (URM) walls.
We restored the beautiful façade to its original glory, and added 25,000 sf of retail and office space to the rear of the building. We also completed seismic and structural upgrades to bring the neglected building up to compliance.
