Description: An abandoned United Artists theater provided the shell for what became a beautiful and sophisticated shopping center in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. We converted the existing shell in to four retail spaces for high end clients, including Tiffany & Co., H&M, and Abercrombie & Fitch. We especially like how the 2-story entry tower came out, setting the building off from the neighboring properties.
