Description: Occupying a prime piece of land at the foot of the Hollywood Hills, this 7-story office building had been neglected for years. We replaced the entire exterior skin of the building, as well as rebuilt the entire core, including bathrooms and elevators. We also added a terrazzo plaza and terraced landscape feature along Highland Avenue.
